  2. Helen and John. Tom and I were shocked and very sad to learn of your son’s death. Its been ages since we have had any contact, but we have happy memories of Lafayette Street and you two. I remember when Peter was born, but never knew him as he grew up. I am sure you will miss him very much. We are not supposed to outlive our children. I know you have a strong faith which will see you through this.
    Sincerely,
    Tom and Fleecie Schwendeman

I am so sorry to hear about Peter, I went to school with Peter, and although we went our separate ways after school, I will always remember Peter as a kind person with beautiful eyes. My sincerest sympathy to you all, Karen Griffith Custis

  4. Dear grieving family, I am truly sorry for your great loss and would like to express my condolences. It is my sincere hope you find comfort in knowing that God has promised to “swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8) and that he will “resurrect our dear loved ones who have passed away.” (John 5:28)
