  1. Wow…….I’m both heartbroken and unsettled for your loss. I grew up with Tim and Jeff, indirectly through their neighbor, Chris Miller. I, like many others, always looked up to Jeff, for obvious reasons. Only the good die young, seems to plague Kennett Square.

  4. The Phillippe’s have always been in my prayers but this time in a different way. They are a second family to me and I pray that you can all get through this difficult time. Jeff’s brother Stephen aka “Philly” is a good friend of mine and I was fortunate to have gotten to know Jeff and call him a friend as well. Jeff was truly a great man. My nickname for him was Jeffro Maniac. He had an amazing personality, wild expressions and crazy thoughts. This is where the nickname came from. He was a special kinda guy. The kinda guy that would do anything for anyone whether he knew you for a day or 20 years. He had a heart of gold. I am extremely grateful to have known Jeff and thankful for the times I got to spend with him. It was always a good time no matter if we were doing something or just sitting down in his room talking about life or sports! Man, he had a different outlook on life which made for some interesting conversations haha. We are both Philadelphia sports fans. I enjoyed hanging out with him watching our favorite sports teams. I can’t say enough about his personality. There was no one like him and there never will be. Jeff, I hope you shine bright my friend and please watch over all of us. You were a blessing to my life and you will be deeply missed. I love you bro.

To Hoss, Maggie, Philly and Tim,

I am truly sorry that this happened and I am praying for all of you. Jeff was a great son, brother and friend who left an impact on each and everyone of us. I’m sure he his doing well now and he will continue to stay by your side. Let’s keep him alive in spirit and keep your heads held high. You know Jeff wouldnt want it any other way. I love you all.

  7. To the Phillippe family I send heartfelt thoughts that you will be able to help each other recover from the loss of your loved one. Even though I know Tim a little better I remember Jeff as the one of my son’s friends with the shy grin. Hold your memories dear. Prayers to you all, especially Margaret.
