KENNETH LEE CARPENTER, age 66, of Wyndmoor, PA, formerly of Oxford, PA and Rising Sun, MD, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at the Chestnut Hill Hospital.

Born in Havre de Grace, MD. He was the son of the late Kenneth Carpenter and the late Rebecca Benjamin.

He was a member of the Eagles Club in Oxford, PA.

Kenny was an animal lover, and he also enjoyed shopping, traveling, and being with his family and friends.

He is survived by one aunt, Betty Bare of Oxford, PA and one uncle, Edward Benjamin of Rising Sun, MD, and several cousins.

Kenny was predeceased by one brother, James/ Thomas Carpenter and one sister, Margaret Jean Carpenter.

His service and burial will be held privately.

  1. Rest in Peace Kenny. I remember spending weekends at your house. Those are some of my fondest memories of you. We did many things together rode bikes built models and listened to music.

  2. Ken was a great friend and had a huge impression on my childhood. My brother, Fred, and I did everything with Ken together; sledding, biking, playing monopoly (Ken almost always won!), building car models, and big bowls of ice cream from Ken’s parents, Ken and Rebekah. Hearing this news brought back a flood of memories. Rest In Peace my friend and God Bless.
