  1. Bill & family, a friend just informed me of Joy’s passing into glory earlier this month. I would be derelict if I did not hasten to empathize with your sorrow in the void she has left behind. I know too well. Bill, you and your sweet Joy, and very young Greg at that time, entered our lives when we attended Willowdale Chapel. It seems like only yesterday. You were a good friend to my late husband Ron. The years have passed by like a transient dream, and we’ve shared ups and downs. I want you to know I have fond memories, and that I will pray that our heavenly Father will be with you and encourage you in your faith as you grieve the loss of wife, mother, grand parent, and now, sister in the Lord. Til we meet again, may God bless you, dear friend. Fonda Wolfe, Little River, SC

  5. “Seeds of Grace”………….Knowing Bill, her husband of 64 years, sounds like they made a great pair. Creation, the meeting of Joy & Bill, works in ways we cannot comprehend or control, according to Jesus, this is the same principle applies to the kingdom of God. (Mark 4:26-29) This is what the kingdom of God is like, “Jesus said.” “A man scatters seeds on the ground…..the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.” God brings life into the world as pure gifts, without our manipulation. We do what ever God asks of us, and then we watch life emerge. We know that everything flows from His grace.
