Jeanette M. Dunn, age 89 of Kennett Square, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 22, 2020.

Born 1930 in Unionville, PA, She was the daughter of the late Palmer Mattson and the late Genevieve Alsdorf.

Jeanette graduated from Unionville High School in 1947. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Jeanette loved spending time with her grandkids and enjoyed gardening.

She appreciated the simple things in life like spending time with her family, watching the Phillies, making delicious food, and playing (and often winning) a game of cards.

Jeanette is survived by her 3 sons, Robert J. Dunn, Jr., Jeffrey C. Dunn (Kathleen), and Stephen L. Dunn; 2 brothers, Carroll Mattson (Nancy) and Ronald Mattson (Jeanie); as well as 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Dunn, Sr. and her brother, Palmer Mattson, Jr.

You are invited to visit with Jeanette’s family and friends on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 9:00AM to 10:30AM at Kuzo Funeral Home, 250 W. State Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Services will begin at 10:30AM. Interment will follow services and take place at Union Hill Cemetery.
