  1. This is going to sound weird, but about 20 years ago, I bought a boxing flyer from 1937 on eBay. One of the young boxers listed is a Charley Fiore fighting out of the Randall Athletic Club in Elizabeth, PA. I believe the “Charley Fiore” is Charles Fiore Sr, the father of the man in this obituary. If anyone knows this mans family, I would love to mail this flyer to them free of charge. It’s framed and about 18 x 24”. I don’t want anything for it, I would just like to see it get to the family.

  12. Jimmy was a nice guy and a good friend. I will always remember him fondly on our mutual birthday (ten years apart). He told me once that he never had a birthday party so one year I planned a surprise party for him at our home. He got word of it and didn’t come! We never let him live that down. I know that he hasn’t been well for a while so while he will be missed here on earth, he is at peace now. Until we meet again…
