On behalf of everyone here at Smoketown Airport, we want to express our condolences to the Denest family and in particular to Mark, who has been part of the Smoketown Airport family for many years. We extend our thoughts and prayers to Mark and all the family.
Dear Eddie, Shirley and all the Family, I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. I know you all have great memories in your hearts to cherish.
My sincerest sympathy to all. Love, Patsy
By every measure Doris was such a wonderful and amazing lady. As one of the many many PT pilots that experienced that special Denest Hospitality her smile, kindness, and laughter will never fade from our memories. She had that unique gift of making everyone feel special and at home whether around the kitchen table or at a fly-in. Doris was a blessing to all and so proud of the wonderful family that surrounded her and reflected the best of the human virtues that make such a difference in this world….and as Jesus promised, will be rewarded in the next.
The sense loss is deep and sorrowful. How can it be otherwise when you remember her and all the joy, love and kindness she brought into so many other lives.
May she and Joe be together once again as they slip the surly bonds of Earth, dance on laughter slivered wings, and reach out and touch the face of God.
We love you,
Bob and Diane
