Loving Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend.
PATRICK W. BARNES, age 69, of West Grove, PA, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016, at Jennersville Regional Hospital.
Born in West Chester, PA, he was the son of Pauline Eaby Barnes of West Grove, PA, and the late Wilson Barnes.
Pat was an over the road truck driver his entire life and enjoyed being on the road. He drove truck for Phillips Mushroom and Modern Mushroom, retiring in 2012.
After his retirement he enjoyed taking care of his yard and helping the neighbors with whatever they needed done. Pat was a very caring person.
He was a member of the Assumption BVM Church in West Grove, PA, and the Italian American Club in Kennett Square, PA.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Michael Barnes of Mountain City, Tennessee, Kevin Barnes and his wife Kathy of Ennis, Montana and one sister, Bonnie DAntonio and her husband Ernie of West Grove, PA; three nephews, and three nieces.
You are invited to visit with his family and friends from 9:30 to 11:15 on Tuesday morning, May 10, 2016, at the Assumption BVM Church, 300 State Road, West Grove, PA . His Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Port Deposit, MD.
