ALICE K. REGESTER, age 84, of Toughkenamon, PA, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016, at the Chester County Hospital. She was the wife of George E. Regester, III, who passed away in 1996, and with whom she shared 45 years of marriage.
Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Marian Baldwin Kershaw.
She was a cafeteria aide for many years of the Kennett Consolidated School District.
Alice was a member of St. Patricks Church, Kennett Square, PA
She enjoyed baking, watching her family play sports and especially being with her family and friends.
She was a loving mother to three sons, George E. Regester, IV and his wife Joanne of Toughkenamon, PA, Gary W. Regester of Kennett Square, PA and Steven H. Regester and his wife Kristi of Hockessin, DE; three daughters, Dolores M. Regester of Avondale, PA, Mary Kay R. Piergalline and her husband Michael of Kennett Square, PA and Patricia J. Regester of Toughkenamon, PA; and loving grandmother to twelve grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren.
Alice was predeceased by two brothers, three sisters and nieces and nephews.
You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 8:30 to 10:30 on Friday morning, December 23, 2016 at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home, 250 West State Street, Kennett Square, PA. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 at St. Patrick Church, 212 Meredith Street, Kennett Square, PA. Burial will be in St. Patricks Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square, PA.
