Clarence “Bud” E. Buffington, Jr.,age 91 of Chadds Ford, PA, passed away April 5, 2019.

He is survived by his sisters, Doris Ann Buffington of Chadds Ford, PA and Mary Louise Vaughan of Wilmington, DE.

A burial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
