Colleen Phyllis (Heher) Dugger

Colleen Phyllis Dugger (Heher) of West Grove passed away on September 18, 2024.

 She was a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend. Colleen was born on February 13,1960 to John and Doris Heher of Little Britain who preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Sean.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years Frank Dugger, their 3 sons, Josh (Amanda) Dugger of Cochranville, Ryan (Ashley) Dugger of Oxford, Peter (Joanna) Dugger of Atglen, 10 grandchildren, Sean, Aubrey, Amelia, Abigail, Kendall, Brianna, Leeland, Teagann, Nick, Riley and her brother Brian (Sharon) Heher of Little Britain.  Colleen was loved by many, and the memories shared with her will be cherished.

You are invited to visit with Colleen's family and friends from 4pm to 5pm on Saturday September 28, 2024, at Foulk Funeral Home of West Grove, 200 Rose Hill Rd. West Grove, PA 19390.  All other services will be private.
