Eleanor C. Davidson

"Sis"

Eleanor C. Davidson or Sis as many knew her, age 99 of Kennett Square, PA, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Pocopson Home.

Eleanor was the wife of the late Paul Davidson, who predeceased her in 1979.

Born 1920 in Landenberg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Irvin L. Crossan and the late Nora Welsh Crossan.

After graduating Kennett High School, Eleanor and her husband, Paul, went on to own and operate their own business a gas station and luncheonette.

Eleanor enjoyed many summers throughout the years spending her time at Broadkill Beach in Delaware.

Sis will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and the ever-enduring twinkle in her eye.

Eleanor is survived by her great friends, David Jackson, his wife Kathy Jackson, and Mary Taylor.

Due to the pandemic, services for Eleanor will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eleanors memory may be made to the Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company, 36 Firehouse Drive, Unionville, PA 19375.
