Eric Zavala

Eric Zavala, 33, of Kennett Square passed away on May 2,2025. Eric was a devoted son, caring sibling, loving partner, loyal friend, and most importantly a loving father who will be missed beyond measure. 

Eric was born in Moroleon, Guanajuato, Mexico on December 6, 1991. Raised in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Eric was a car lover and loved doing mechanic work on cars. He loved to cook, listen to music, and most importantly grilling. Eric had a passion for grilling food. He was also a big sports fan. He was a fan of the football team- The Philadelphia Eagles. He also enjoyed watching soccer and his favorite soccer team was El Cruz Azul.

Eric is survived by his parents Martin Zavala and Maria Rosario Guerrero. He is also survived by one son, Christopher Zavala, and a brother Martin Jr. Zavala, and his wife Gina Flores of Coatesville, PA, along with many other family members such as aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Eric was such a bright soul and lived life to the max. He will be dearly missed by all! 

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at St. Rocco Catholic Church in Avondale, PA from 3:00PM to 5:00PM followed by the mass at 5:00pm. Burial will take place on Thursday May 15, 2025 at 11:00AM at St. Patrick Cemetery in Kennett Square.
