John Campbell Obituary
John E. Campbell, age 75 of West Grove, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. John was the husband of the late Mary Ann Campbell.
Born in West Grove, PA in 1944, John was the son of the late Forrest Clayton Campbell and the late Esther Helen Williams Campbell.
John proudly served our country as a member of the United States Navy.
For over 44 years, John was a Tire Specialist and was an expert on all tire related matters. John was a member of the Kennett Square VFW, the Eagles Club of Oxford and was an original member of the Mason Dixon Dart League.
John enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing cards. He also loved car rides and always had a special short cut.
Above all, John truly loved his family and relished spending time with the ones he loved. John had a wonderful sense of humor and all who had the privilege of knowing him will miss his kind and loving heart.
John is survived by 2 daughters, Lora A. Miller and her husband, Paul, of Lincoln University, PA, and Lorraine L. Sissy Haldaway of Troy, PA; 4 brothers, Robert, Howard, Forrest, and Walter; 3 sisters, Mary, Peg and Judy; as well as 5 grandchildren, Ashley Haldaway Raab and her husband, Tom, and their baby that is on the way, Anthony E. Campbell and his wife, Jillian Falkowski Campbell, and their children, Jaden Michael, Skylar Marie, and Cole Edward, Tyler D. Haldaway, Paul Michael Miller and Kacey Marie Haldaway.
In addition to his wife, Mary Ann, John was predeceased by his sister, Eva Lake.
A Viewing for John will be held from 11:00AM to 12:00PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Foulk Funeral Home, 200 Rose Hill Road, West Grove, PA 19390. Johns Funeral Service will begin at 12:00PM. Interment will follow Services at New Garden Friends Cemetery.
