Joseph Allen Gift

Joseph Allen Gift, age 61 of Landenberg, PA, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Joe was the son of the late George Galen Gift and the late June Scotten Gift.

Joe was a jack of all trades and had different occupations throughout his life but was most recently a concrete finisher.

In his free time Joe enjoyed fishing. He was laid back and appreciated the simple pleasures in life. Joe’s ideal evening was relaxing by a bonfire, enjoying a cold beer, and listening to good music with family and friends.

Joe is survived by his sister, Lynn Harper; niece, Kristen Steltzer; nephews, Matt Steltzer, John Gift and Michael Gift; his sister-in-law, Janet Gift; as well as extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, George and June, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, John Gift.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Kemblesville United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1772 New London Road, Kemblesville, PA 19347.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joe’s name may be made to Christ Church at the Grove, 1772 New London Road, Landenberg, PA 19350.
