Lawrence Robert Hendrickson ("Bob")

Lawrence Robert Hendrickson (affectionately known as “Bob”), age 70 of Landenberg, PA, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. He was the husband of Lisa Hendrickson with whom he shared 40 years of marriage.

Born 1954 in Wilmington, DE, Bob was the son of the late Lawrence S. Hendrickson and the late Doris A. Hendrickson.

In 1973 Bob graduated from Kennett High School.

In his younger years, Bob enjoyed racing cars. Though he found other hobbies as he aged, he never lost his passion for classic cars, trucks and tractors.

Bob was a good person and loved to lend a helping hand. Everywhere he went, Bob had a friend. He will be greatly missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing him.

In addition to his wife, Lisa, Bob is survived by his children, Carey Sharpless (Bill), Rob Hendrickson (Heather), Brian Hendrickson; grandchildren, Austin, Haleigh, Brayden and Kaleigh; his sister, Sue Aiken; numerous nieces; nephews; and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy “Dot” Hendrickson.

Services for Bob will be private.
