MARIAN E. SMITH, age 86, of Toughkenamon, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at her residence. She was the husband of Livona Smith, Sr., with whom she shared 69 years of marriage.

Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Martha E. Burruss Stafford.

Mrs. Smith was a Nurses Aide, working for various employers in the area.

She was a member of the New Life in Christ Fellowship in Coatesville, PA.

Mrs. Smith enjoyed cooking and being with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Livona Smith, Jr. of Coatesville, PA and William R. Smith and his wife Yvonne of Toughkenamon, PA; one sister, Dorothy Kennedy of Trenton, NJ; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two brothers, William Stafford and James Stafford and one sister, Virginia Boddy.

You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 10:00 to 12:00 on Friday morning, January 8, 2016 at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home, 250 West State Street, Kennett Square, PA. Her Funeral service will follow at 12:00. Burial will be at 2:00 Friday afternoon, at the Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA
