Richard Leroy Kreutzfeldt, age 81, of West Grove, PA died Friday November 6, 2015. He was the husband of Wanda (Alley) Kreutzfeldt with whom he shared 24 years of marriage.

Formerly of Bucks County and New Market, Virginia. Richard was born in Farmer, South Dakota. He was the son of the late Alfred and Anna (Lienemann) Kreutzfeldt. Richard served our country in the Army during the Korean War.

He was an Engineer in the battery industry for many years retiring in 1998. He loved wood working, golf and writing about Christianity.

Richard was a Christian man his entire life and was a member of West Grove United Methodist Church. He was loved by everyone who knew him.

Survivors include, in addition to his wife, two sons, Steve and his wife Lynn of Felton, PA and Stan and his wife Chris of Pinehurst, North Carolina; three daughters, Shawn Ireland and her husband Pat of Folsom, PA, Janine Stover and her husband, Eric of Lincoln University, PA and Jane Fountain of Billings, Montana; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his former wife, Arlis (Forester) Kreutzfeldt and daughter Sherry Stolis in 1991.

You are invited to visit with Richard’s family and friends from 2-3PM Sunday November 15, 2015 at the West Grove United Methodist Church, 300 N. Guernsey Road, West Grove, PA 19390. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00PM. Contributions in his memory can be made to the West Grove Youth Garage, 122 Rosehill Avenue, West Grove, PA 19390.
