Nancy Kay Waugh

Nancy Kay Waugh, age 70, of Berkeley Springs, WV, died on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born June 11, 1954 in West Grove, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mildred Lane Brackin.

She was a Christian. Nancy was a graduate of Avon Grove High School. She worked as a shift manager with multiple different Rite Aid and Walgreen Drug Stores until her retirement. Nancy was a member of Morgan County Rescue Auxiliary and stayed active with the rescue mission store. She enjoyed collecting and selling antiques. 

Nancy is survived by her husband of 36 years, Dennis R. Waugh, at home, two sons, Jeremy Waugh (Becky) and Jonathan Waugh, one sister, Bonnie Eloise Russell, two brothers, Richard Brackin and David Brackin, eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Tiffany, Ethan, Alyssa, Lexi, Antonio, Brycen and Jacob, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Brackin and Ray Brackin.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  followed by a service on Friday, February 7,2025 at New London Presbyterian Church, 1986 Newark Road, New London, PA.
