Susie DaBundo, age 91, of Toughkenamon, PA, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016, at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. She was the wife of Vincent A. DaBundo, who passed away in 1978, and with whom she shared 30 years of marriage.
Born in Toughkenamon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Rosa DeFalcio Mattoscio.
Susie was an assembler at Hewlett-Packard, Avondale, PA, retiring in 1985 after 25 years of service.
She was a member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church in Avondale, PA.
She enjoyed knitting, cooking, word find, going to the Casino, making Christmas eve dinner and especially enjoyed being with her family and friends.
Susie is survived by one son, Dominic V. DaBundo and his wife Linda of Landenberg, PA; two daughters, Maria D. Caputo and her husband Dibby of Kennett Square, PA and Kathleen S. Basciani and her husband Monnie of Toughkenamon, PA; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by three brothers, August, Camillo and Thomas Mattoscio and two sisters, Josephine Guiliano and Dollie Mele Mazza.
You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 Friday evening, February 19, 2016, and again from 9:30 to 11:00 on Saturday morning, February 20, 2016 at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church, 8910 Gap Newport Pike, (Route 41), Avondale, PA. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00. Burial will be in St. Patricks Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square, PA.
