Miguel Rodriguez, 70, passed away on November 11, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on January 12, 1955, in Moroleón, Guanajuato, Mexico, Miguel came to the United States at the age of 14, beginning a lifelong journey marked by resilience, hard work, and an enduring desire to build a better life for himself and those he loved.

Miguel was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Maria Aurora Avila. He is survived by his father, Benjamin Rodriguez. Miguel is also survived by his three children Rosalinda Rodriguez and her husband, Nicholas Boone; Lilia Rodriguez and her husband, Austin Reece; and Jose Rodriguez and by his four cherished grandchildren: Millie Ortiz, Caren Ortiz, Oliver Boone, and Nolan Reece. He is further survived by his siblings Benjamin Rodriguez, Lilia Rodriguez, Isidro Rodriguez, Olivia Silva, Teresa Rodriguez, Baltazar Rodriguez, and Javier Rodriguez, as well as his many nieces and nephews who will deeply miss him.

Though Miguel faced many challenges in life and was not always present in the ways he wished he could be, he remained deeply loved. His children and grandchildren remember him with compassion, appreciation, and a recognition of the complexities that shaped his life. Miguel’s story is one of imperfect but enduring love, and of a man who, despite hardships, left a meaningful mark on those who knew him.

Miguel will be remembered for his quiet strength, his humor, and the warmth he carried with him. His family takes comfort in knowing he is now at peace.

A visitation for Miguel will be held at St. Rocco Church in Avondale, PA on Thursday, November 20th from 11:00-12:00 PM. A funeral mass will follow at 12:00 PM.

Además, le sobreviven sus hermanos Benjamín Rodríguez, Lilia Rodríguez, Isidro Rodríguez, Olivia Silva, Teresa Rodríguez, Baltazar Rodríguez y Javier Rodríguez, así como sus numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas que lo extrañarán profundamente.

Aunque Miguel enfrentó muchos desafíos en la vida y no siempre estuvo presente de la manera en que deseaba, siempre fue profundamente amado. Sus hijos y nietos lo recuerdan con compasión, gratitud y un reconocimiento de las complejidades que moldearon su vida. La historia de Miguel es una de un amor imperfecto pero perdurable, la de un hombre que, a pesar de las dificultades, dejó una huella significativa en quienes lo conocieron.

El velatorio de Miguel tendrá lugar en la iglesia de San Rocco en Avondale, Pensilvania, el jueves 20 de noviembre de 11:00 a 12:00. La misa funeral se celebrará a las 12:00.
