  3. Beautiful Margie,
Where do I begin? Margie was Irish like me so we bonded the first time I met her! She was my best friend and mentor. Margie came into the Salon to get her hair styled every week. Margie was a beautiful lady both inside and out. Very attractive. Margie loved to look good and then she would say, it makes her feel good! Great sense of humor! How I enjoyed her stories growing up with her siblings. Telling me her luck of the Irish, her Mother sewed, and because of her expertise it allowed Margie to wear all the newest patterns of dresses she so desired. Stating how fortunate she was to always be able to look so stylish. We called Margie, Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, after a very stylish tv show actress, portraying a fashionesta, we imaged her to be!
Memories she spoke of, being a young mother back then and trips to the beach house in Toms River NJ with her three daughters and her baby a son. Making me laugh with her tales of when the children were all very young and all the fun times they had together. Stories she told me about her moving to Hawaii, because her husband in the Military, worked was stationed there. How she loved fixing up her lovely home across from the Boat Marina. Caring for her terminally, ill brother who she had taken to Hawaii to live with her and how much she loved helping him. eyes bright telling about her life, she shared there with her loving husband Aaron. I am going to miss seeing her pull up to the salon in her Jaguar, that she had shipped from Hawaii and had loved that car so passionately. She loved her son, who lived far away, her love for her 3 daughters, she was so very proud of. Her expression of amazement of how many grand children, and great, grand children she had!! Asking, if I can believe that?
I will truly Miss Margie. She was one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers go out her entire family. Honestly my deepest sympathy and all my love for Margie. I will miss her much until we meet again on the other side…

  4. Aunt Margie was always so warm, kind and positive! I used to love to go to her house across the street from Our Lady of Fatima School when I was a kid. Of course, I was little and was scared of Rex and Tiny. You will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved you! <3
