A Word from our President

At the Kuzo and Foulk Funeral Homes, we are passionately committed to serving our families with professionalism and respect. My family's passion for the Kennett Square community and surrounding area has existed since the 1950's.

Growing up in Kennett Square, I saw how dedicated my family was to this community. My grandfather, the late Dr. Forrest R. Schaeffer became Principal of Kennett High School in 1954 and later served as Superintendent of the Kennett Consolidated School District until his retirement in 1980. In 1985, my father, Michael R. Walker, co-founded Genesis Health Ventures (now Genesis HealthCare) and was instrumental in locating the Genesis headquarters in downtown Kennett Square. That building now bears his name. My dad was also chairman for the capital campaign to build the local YMCA, and in 2010 he was named Southern Chester County Citizen of the Year.

I proudly represent our family's funeral care business and have been devoted to developing it for over a decade. Prior to my involvement in our funeral homes, I was employed as a Developer with Key Real Estate, LLC in Kennett Square. During my tenure with Key, I managed the land development and construction of Franklin Center, a 75,000 SF office building in downtown Kennett Square.

As President of Kuzo and Foulk Funeral Homes, it is my goal to continue supporting our community by serving every family with integrity and heartfelt compassion.

In service to our community,

Sean Walker
